Concerning the latter part, Zuku allows you to make payments through mobile money (MPESA, Equitel, or Airtel), Eazzy Banking App, M-Banking, in-person bank payments, and direct debit.

Zuku Paybill Number for TV Kenya
The Paybill number for Zuku TV payments depends on your mobile money option, and you can opt for MPESA, Equitel, or Airtel.
1. Zuku MPESA Paybill Number for TV
If you pay for Zuku TV using MPESA, use the Paybill number 320323. Here’s how to pay Zuku via MPESA:
- Go to MPESA on your Safaricom line and tap ‘Lipa Na MPESA.’
- Choose ‘Paybill” and enter the Business Number 320322
- Enter your Zuku TV account number and the amount you wish to pay
- Enter your MPESA PIN and tap ‘Send.’
- Wait for payment notifications from MPESA and Zuku
It takes up to 15 minutes for Zuku to update your payment details. So, the Zuku notification may not appear immediately after making the payment. You may have to wait a little longer.
2. Zuku Equitel Paybill Number for TV
You also use the Paybill number 320323 to pay for Zuku TV using Equitel just as you do with MPESA, and here’s how to do it:
- Go to ‘Equitel’ on your mobile phone
- Tap on ‘My Money’ and select ‘Send/Pay’
- Choose the account to pay from
- Select ‘Others’
- Input the Business Number 320323
- Enter your Zuku TV account number
- Input your Equitel PIN and tap on ‘Send’
- Wait for payment notifications from Equitel and Zuku
3. Zuku Airtel Paybill Number for TV
When paying for Zuku TV using Airtel, we don’t have an actual Paybill number. However, we use the business name ZUKUSAT to indicate that you are paying for satellite TV. Here’s how to go about it:
- Go to ‘Airtel’ on your mobile phone and choose ‘Airtel Money’
- Tap on ‘Make Payments’ and then ‘Paybill’
- Select ‘Others’
- Input the Business Name ZUKUSAT and use your Zuku account number as the reference number
- Enter the amount you wish to pay and your Airtel Money PIN
- Wait for payment notifications from Airtel and Zuku
Zuku Fibre Paybill Number
Zuku used different pay bill numbers for home fiber payments even though the payment process is the same as paying for satellite TV. Let’s highlight them.
1. Zuku MPESA Paybill Number for Home Fibre
Zuku allows MPESA payments for home fiber using the Paybill number 320320. Here’s how to pay Zuku internet via MPESA:
- Go to MPESA on your Safaricom line and tap ‘Lipa Na MPESA.’
- Choose ‘Paybill” and enter the Business Number 320320
- Enter your Zuku TV account number and the amount you wish to pay
- Enter your MPESA PIN and tap ‘Send.’
- Wait for payment notifications from MPESA and Zuku
2. Zuku Equitel Paybill Number for Home Fibre
You also need to use the Paybill number 320320 to make payments for Zuku home fiber via Equitel, and here’s how to go about it:
- Go to ‘Equitel’ on your mobile phone
- Tap on ‘My Money’ and select ‘Send/Pay’
- Choose the account to pay from
- Select ‘Others’
- Input the Business Number 320320
- Enter your Zuku TV account number
- Input your Equitel PIN and tap on ‘Send’

3. Zuku Airtel Business Name for Home Fibre
Zuku also allows you to make payments for home fiber using Airtel. However, instead of using an actual pay bill number, you use the business name ZUKUCATV, and here’s how to go about it:

You can also pay for Zuku satellite TV or home fiber using any of these payment options:
a) Eazzy Banking App
The Eazzy banking app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play, allows you to pay for Zuku home fiber conveniently, and here’s how to go about it:
- Log into the Eazzy Banking App
- Tap plus (+) on the app
- Pick ‘Eazzy Pay’
- Enter the Paybill number 320320 or search it directly
- Enter the Zuku fiber account number
- Indicate the amount and confirm the details
- Input your Eazzy Banking App PIN and send
- Wait for payment notification
b) M-Banking

Zuku Smart is the most affordable Zuku satellite TV package. With a monthly subscription of Ksh 449, you get 62 TV channels (including all local channels) and 23 radio channels.
