Dreamline Online Booking 2024 (Routes & Fare Prices)

Dreamline Express Limited is one of the comfiest, most reliable, and safest bus companies traversing Kenya. You can catch one of its buses anywhere from the coastal towns of Malindi and Mombasa to the furthest counties of Kakamega and Busia and even across the border. Today, the Dreamline online booking process is more seamless than ever.

You can book a Dreamline bus online on the company website, through the Dreamline app, and by calling the booking office. In each case, I’ll share the exact steps to successfully get a seat and board this modern, classy bus.

Overall, Dreamline offers three bus classes at different prices. We have the normal class, which is for anyone on a Budget, and even though it’s just for ordinary people, its comfort is like no other.

The second class is the business class, which sometimes goes for the exact fare pricing as the regular class. Here, however, you get slightly more amenities than the regular class.

At the peak is the VIP lounge, where you get everything you wish on a bus. You get to sit alone and enjoy your entertainment screen, ample air conditioning, water, tea, GPS tracking, newspaper, Wi-Fi, and phone charging port, to name a few.

So, Dreamline is the way to go for anyone who wants to travel in style! But of course, you may need to pay something extra, and I’ll share the regional routes and fare prices with you so that you know what to expect when you start with the online booking.

But first, let me explain how to do the booking online.

Things to Note When Booking a Dreamline Bus Online

Dreamline allows you to choose the bus type you want, not just the class. You can settle for an AC or non-AC, a sleeper or semi-sleeper, or even a seater, which is fantastic.

Note also that Dreamline has an executive bus line known as Yutong Air, whose pricing is above the rest. Usually, there is no normal class for the Yutong Bus – apart from a few. Even so, the bus ticket costs more than the other buses.

But since you’ve to pay more for Yutong Air, you are entitled to amenities you don’t ordinarily get on other buses and the ultimate comfort.

Another important note is that Dreamline allows you to bring one child below five years with whom you can share the seat. If they are older than 5, you must book them a seat. You’ll also have to book a seat for your other kid(s) if you bring more than one, even if they are under five.

The bus company specifies under its terms and conditions that the bus ticket is only valid for the booked date and time. There are no refunds, and you cannot transfer, alter, or resell the ticket.

As for the luggage, you are only allowed up to 20 kg for free, but you must pay separately for any weight above that. Remember also that the luggage is carried at the owner’s risk. The bus company won’t be liable for breakages or losses.

Moreover, be at the pickup point at least 30 minutes earlier to avoid inconvenience and bring your printed ticket.
