Alongside top-performing financial advisors from Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, and Zambia.
Standing there with our flag reminded me of something deeper:

It reflects the discipline, commitment, and consistency I have strived to build.
Showing up every day to share value with you.
Becoming better at what I do, so I can become even more valuable to you.
This is not a destination, but a challenge for me to serve you at an even higher level.
The conference theme was “Beyond the Limits.”
And that message hit home.
Because sometimes, the biggest limitation between where you are and where you could be is not opportunity.
It is the ceiling you have placed on yourself.
Your thinking.
Your standards.
Your willingness to stretch.
Interestingly, this experience came in the same season that I attended the MDRT Global Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
